·   Equipment, changing RET naming conventions and removing existing Node extensions and existing FPBAs when necessary to make room for the LTE equipment in the FCOA cabinets

·   Scope also included scheduling with GCs to be onsite for coordinated Troubleshooting so sites could be completed alarm free

·   Troubleshooting included T1 pinouts and cabling, RF lines, TMAs, jammed RET actuators and antennas, Scripting issues, DC power issues, and Broken fibers at multiple locations in RRU configurations

·   Completed integrations with E911 testing and confirmation of successful handover calls

·   Contracted for installation and Integration of Ericsson UMTS 3000 and 6000 series, and LTE 6000 series equipment, completing with E911 operation verification

·   Worked on projects in Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Oklahoma markets troubleshooting and testing UMTS and LTE equipment and working with other contractors mounting cabinets, terminating power, running T1 lines, terminating RF jumpers and alarm cables

·   Added EMFTX-11 and ETMC-1 boards to existing cabinets and loaded the scripts for the installation.

·   Integrations on 3206, 3106, 3418, 3518, 6601 DUL and DUW, 1^st – 5^th Carriers including the OBIF 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th carriers and LTE 1^st and 2^nd carrier

·   Trained multiple techs to do installation, commissioning, and board adds for UMTS and LTE as well as troubleshooting

·   Worked on 2^nd carrier additions of Nokia BTS equipment to H-frame support for outdoor applications

·   Assignment was to install equipment and re-commission the tower to work on the new configuration with expanded capacity

·   When the equipment was reconfigured we verified operation with E911 Test calls noting the street address, grid coordinates, carrier signal, phone number, and phase 2 connections with 911 operators

·   Nokia BTS manager software was used for the commissioning and RET setting

·   Management duties included store opening and closing, deposits, managing full and part- time employees for sales and cash registers

·   Receiving and stocking weekly deliveries and maintaining sales goals as well as end of day cash reconciliation and training of employees

·   Loaded test parameters for the 3G network of T-Mobile  for optimization and integration of the Ericsson 3200 series equipment

·   Set up long calls, short calls, and data transmissions and monitored signal levels, drop calls, hand-offs, and data speeds while traveling throughout specific routes within the markets. 

·   Worked closely with the engineers and made suggestions, such as missing neighbors and down-tilts based on the terrain and data collected during the routes

·   Involved with the User Experience Optimization, which primarily tested the data transmission speeds and adjusted the network settings
